Andrew Fields ruled the boards and Ramon Fernandez demonstrated his worth to Toyota last night with a game-clinching foul shot as the Tamaraws got a new lease on life with a 95-93 decision over the Crispa Redmanizers in the PBA second conference semifinals at the Araneta Coliseum.

Fields, who practically played the entire game after partner Bruce King sprained his foot less than three minutes into the first quarter, outclassed the duo of Cyrus Mann and Irving Chatman, 24-11, in rebounds.
